Permission to Film

The client agrees to allow Brush It Up and its representatives access to the property to film or photograph the completed work for promotional, training, or quality assurance purposes. Reasonable notice will be given prior to any visit.

Social Media Acknowledgement

The client agrees to either:

• Share the official Facebook page of Brush It Up on their social media profile(s), or
• Provide a public shoutout or post tagging Brush It Up on any social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) within 7 days of project completion.

Warranty Activation

The warranty will only become active once both conditions above are satisfied. Failure to comply will result in the warranty being void.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the decorating services provided. It does not cover damages caused by the client, third parties, or unrelated events (e.g. water damage, structural issues, etc.).

Claim Process

Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Abdul@brushitup.co.uk within 30 days, accompanied by photos or evidence of the issue.

Modification or Termination

Brush It Up reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the warranty if the client provides fraudulent or misleading information. By accepting our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
